My name is Kimberly Pearce, cofounder of Yard Smart Lawn Care Raleigh. Together with my husband Will Pearce, we have been serving central North Carolina for over a decade. I was born and raised in the Wake Forest area. I have always enjoyed the outdoors, even as a child. From planting flowers, vegetable gardening, to driving my Fathers John Deere riding lawn mower around cutting grass. Will was born and raised in South Raleigh. From the time he was a child, he has always wanted to start his own business. At eight years old Will was cutting his neighbors grass for $10 a yard. When Will and I met in 2011, he shared his dream of owning a business. That’s when Yard Smart Lawn Care Raleigh began. We were a young couple, with a newborn baby looking for ways to make ends meet. So with a four door Saturn sedan, a push mower in the trunk, and a leaf blower, our family owned business was born.
What started as a humble endeavor has blossomed into a growing business, fueled by the collective efforts of our family.
At the helm of our operations is Will, a visionary leader whose expertise in horticulture and commitment to excellence sets the standard for our company. With his guidance, we employ cutting-edge techniques and environmentally friendly practices to ensure that every lawn we touch flourishes with vitality.
